UK Foundation Year Intakes Dates

Intake 1: September – June (the next year)
Intake 2: January – August
Fast-track Intake: March – August (selected college only)

You could progress to an university in the immediate next September.

Australia Foundation Year Intakes Dates

Intake 1: January – November
Intake 2: July – May (the next year)
Fast-track Intake: March – November OR July – February (selected college only)

You could progress to an university in the immediate next February or July.

New Zealand Foundation Year Intakes Dates

Intake 1: January – November
Intake 2: July – May (the next year)
Fast-track Intake: March – November OR July – February (selected college only)

You could progress to an university in the immediate next February or July.

If You have Already Obtained N/O/A Level or Diploma…

Check the intake dates above – you should apply as soon as you can!

If You are Sitting O/A Level Exams in 2013…

You can use your O/A level prelim / forecast result to apply now for January 2014 intake. Don’t wait until obtaining the actual O level result – it would be too late then!

You will be able to progress to an University in September 2014 (UK) or February 2015 (Australia or New Zealand) if you commence the foundation year program in Sept 2013 or January 2014.
